RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Madox James, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing a premium shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Madox James does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are offered only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in new condition.

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The original invoice or online purchase receipt must be provided.

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The customer wishes to exchange the item for a different design or color.

  • The product size does not fit properly.

Please note:

  • All shipping charges related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Madox James is not liable for any shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.

3. Faulty or Defective Items

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if a manufacturing defect is identified.

  • The item must be unused and unworn to qualify for consideration.

  • Claims for faulty or defective items must be reported to our WhatsApp helpline at +34 631 135 730 within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the defect.

  • Claims submitted after the 3-day period will not be accepted.

4. Additional Terms

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

  • Any product returned without prior notification or approval will not be accepted.

  • Madox James reserves the right to inspect and verify returned items before approving an exchange.

  • The brand reserves the right to decline any exchange if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
