Madox James does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are offered only under the following conditions:

The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

The original invoice or online purchase receipt must be provided.
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

3. Faulty or Defective Items

Items are eligible for exchange only if a manufacturing defect is identified.

The item must be unused and unworn to qualify for consideration.

Claims for faulty or defective items must be reported to our WhatsApp helpline at +34 631 135 730 within 3 days of receiving the product.

Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the defect.

Claims submitted after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
